The e-puck robot can be extended through a bus that includes most of the signals of the processor and some signals of the sensors and motors. This allows to: - add functionalities that are controlled by a local processor communicating with the main processor through a I2C serial network, for instance.
- add sensors that are controlled by the main processor
- add a processor that takes control of sensors in their basic configuration. It would be for instance interesting to add an extension that takes control of the camera and exploits a more powerful processor than the dsPIC.
